Danielle BergDirector/Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, as well as a Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She is a member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Danielle is extremely passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of her clients, and bringing about positive change in their lives through exercise. She understands that each client's interests and needs vary, which is why each exercise program is specifically designed to take into account individual medical conditions and preferences, to ensure you successfully reach your goals. Danielle has a special interest in falls prevention, diabetes management, weight management, and improving chronic pain. She particularly enjoys working with the ageing client to achieve greater independence in their daily lives through gentle exercise.
Rochelle HardwickAccredited Exercise Physiologist
Rochelle is very passionate about her role as an AEP and consults with many of our clients who require home visits on the Central Coast. She enjoys being able to assist our clients in regaining their movement confidence and improving their ability to complete their daily activities independently and confidently. She also enjoys interacting with our clients, hearing stories about their daily lives and being able to help them achieve their goals through exercise. Rochelle finds it extremely rewarding when clients express how proud they are when they accomplish things they didn't think they could. Rochelle has a particular interest in the management of type 2 diabetes, pulmonary conditions (CHF, emphysema, asthma etc), weight management, and falls prevention. Rochelle enjoys baking and cooking, going to the gym, going to the beach, and strength and conditioning coaching for junior and senior netball teams.
Erin MarkwickAccredited Exercise Physiologist
Erin holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, as well as a Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation). She is a member of Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Born and bred in Dubbo, Erin developed a love for sport and exercise at a very young age, which has developed into her passion and commitment to being an Exercise Physiologist in Wallsend. Erin has a special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and meeting the unique needs of individuals with chronic pain. Her dedication and passion continues to grow seeing clients meet and exceed their goals of returning to a more functional and fulfilling life through exercise. Erin enjoys playing soccer, going to the beach, and hanging out with her two dogs Dakota and Banjo!
